Self-Care

Take time to do things that set your soul on fire; that make you feel alive. In the midst of all that is life, do you take the time to do things that make you feel alive? Do you practice Self-Care? Here are a couple of ways to practice Self-Care:

  • Take a nice, long shower- try adding essential oils, like lavender, to a steaming shower for some aromatherapy.
  • Take a bubble bath- we have the yummiest of bath bombs at the Studio for $7 and $4!
  • Go on a short walk/jog/run.
  • Clean and recreate space.
  • Get your yoga on!
  • Read
  • Cuddle
  • Spend time with loved ones.
  • Unplug
