What are some of your favorite fruits? Here are a couple of lovely fruits, and their just-as-lovely benefits:

  • Bananas- low in sodium, and high in potassium
  • Kiwis- help improve eyesight
  • Apples- eating the skin provides a high dose of fiber
  • Papayas- aid in the prevention of heart attacks and strokes
  • Red & Purple grapes- provide vitamin A&K for your skin
  • Oranges- full of vitamin C
  • Blueberries- rich in antioxidants
  • Strawberries- help control type 2 diabetes

Fun Idea: Look up the benefits of your favorite fruit, and envision those benefits as you consume that fruit!
