Rochelle’s yoga journey began in 2015 as a way to work on flexibility and core strength and stability.

Coming from a background of working with competitive working cow horses, as well as spending 14yrs working as an EMT, she was no stranger to the importance of stability and body mechanics. The benefits of yoga surpassed all her expectations, so she completed a 200 hour Yoga Instructor course at The Yoga Shack in Nipomo, CA, training under Tommy and Lori Anderson. Rochelle brings an instructional background of Vraaja Yoga to Warrior 1, which utilizes anatomical and physiological science to recruit synergistic and prime muscles to build progressive pose sequencing.
